London is currently baking, it has been humid, hot and not nice at all.

One word - freezing! So going home. Ebu stop complaining.
Central heating is absolutely the LAST thing you could use in Uganda

I am so sorry that you are freezing in Arusha. I never would have considered it being that way. Truly wish I could blow some of the heat from New Orleans to you. It is very hot over here...wheew!!
